However, it seems that the idea of ??nutrition for fitness is, more often, subordinated to the exercise. What does this mean? Seems there is the misconception that it is okay to eat anything as long as they burn later. No, this is one of the biggest lies ever propagated in fitness nutrition is concerned. The objective of nutrition fitness is to give your body the nutrients it needs to stay strong and fit, healthy and energized all day. With this in mind, it is essential to complete the diet with foods that provide this type of nutrition. Eating for health requires that all groups are represented. Remember the way, light and grow the food your elementary school teacher came knocking on the head? Thus, the food groups have not changed much. You still need your protein, carbohydrates, fats , vitamins and minerals. That means you need to fuel your body with fruits, vegetables, fish, lean meat, dairy, grains and cereals.
